As part of the KulturQuartierfestival, Erfurt’s KulturAkteure day will feature a panel discussion with Ulrich Möbius from the Peißnitzhaus in Halle about the opportunities and development of volunteerism. A Halle music project will provide a musical finale from 7 p.m. onwards.
